May 14, 2024 – Jersey Mike’s Subs central Oklahoma locations raised $172,214 for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma’s Food for Kids Programs during the restaurant’s annual Month of Giving fundraiser in March.

During the Month of Giving, 11 locations encouraged customers to donate to the Regional Food Bank’s Food for Kids Programs. The Month of Giving culminates with a Day of Giving where 100% of each store’s proceeds are donated to the Regional Food Bank. The 2024 total breaks Jersey Mike’s previous record high of $170,705 set in 2023.

“We are so grateful to our friends at Jersey Mike’s Subs for their dedication to providing meals for Oklahoma children through our Food for Kids Programs,” said Stacy Dykstra, chief executive officer of the Regional Food Bank. “Each year we see the passion and hard work that goes into making the Month of Giving special. It is no surprise to us that our friends at Jersey Mike’s continue to set a high bar when it comes to supporting Oklahoma children facing hunger.”

Since 2012, Jersey Mike’s has raised more than $942,214 for the Regional Food Bank’s Food for Kids Programs which include the Backpack Program for elementary school children, the School Pantry Program for middle and high school students, the Kids Café Program for children attending afterschool programs and the Summer Feeding Program that provides free meals and snacks.
