Why it Matters

Oklahoma ranks in the top ten hungriest states in the nation. One in six adults and one in four children is food insecure, that is, without consistent access to food.

The Regional Food Bank serves 53 counties in central and western Oklahoma through a network of 1,300 community-based partner agencies. Last year, the Regional Food Bank provided enough food to feed more than 136,000 Oklahomans every week. This year, we hope to produce more meals to help our neighbors facing hunger each day.
